Alla Vostra ("Alla Vostra," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use the Alla Vostra mobile app, website, contact forms, checkout, and related services.

Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal where available. Alla Vostra does not store your full credit card number, debit card number, or card security code.
We and our service providers may also process limited technical information, such as device, browser, app, server log, and transaction-related information, to operate the app, process payments, prevent fraud, maintain security, and troubleshoot issues.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:

We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with trusted service providers only as needed to operate Alla Vostra, including:

- Delivery, order preparation, or customer support partners involved in fulfilling your order
- Legal, tax, accounting, or compliance providers when necessary
We may also share information if required by law, legal process, governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Alla Vostra, our customers, or others.
4. Payments
When you place an order, payment details are handled by our payment providers. These providers may collect and process payment information according to their own privacy policies and security practices.
Alla Vostra receives payment status, order information, and transaction-related details needed to confirm and fulfill your order. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes on our own servers.
5. Contact Forms and Messages
If you contact us through the app or website, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, and message. We use this information to respond to your request and provide customer support.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, fulfill orders, respond to inquiries, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
Payment providers may retain payment and transaction information according to their own policies.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. Information transmitted through the app and our service providers is handled using secure transmission methods such as HTTPS where applicable.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices and Requests
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or order fulfillment requirements.
Alla Vostra does not currently require users to create an account. Because there are no user accounts in the app, there is no in-app account deletion feature.

Alla Vostra is not intended for children or users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Our app and services may rely on third-party providers, including payment processors, email providers, hosting providers, and other operational tools. These third parties process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
Examples may include Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Postmark, Vercel, and related service providers used to operate checkout, email, hosting, and order communication.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of Alla Vostra after changes are posted means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
